First, bring a sample to our Maddington yard OR email photos and we'll help you find exactly what you're looking for. You can place an order on-site or later in the day via phone or email.
On-site: Once you've selected your items you can place an order at our yard/office. We can arrange delivery for large quantities, while smaller orders can be collected from our yard by car or trailer.

Bring in a Sample
We are the only brick matching service in WA that stocks and distributes recycled and discontinued bricks, pavers and roof tiles.
There are many different variations in colour between batches of the same product and slight variations in profiles often occur. Save time and bring along a full sized sample of the product you're trying to match and our experienced sales team will help you find the best match.
If you are unable to bring in a sample, take a hi-resolution, well lit photo of the brick, roof tile or paver that you want to match. Email it to us at WA Brickmatch along with the dimensions, quantity that you require and your daytime phone number. We can then advise you if we stock the product you require or something similar. Please remember that photos do not give us a completely accurate colour match – we merely use it as a guide. You will be required to view and approve the product prior to it leaving the yard. Paving
- Pavers are mostly sold per m², with the larger pavers per piece
- Measure the area to be paved to determine the quantity of pavers required. This area is calculated by simply multiplying Length (m) x Width (m) = Area (m²) for basic square or rectangle spaces – click here to see the Manual Paving Calculator (480KB)
- Allow for up to 10% extra pavers to account for wastage such as cuts and breakages
- Before ordering your pavers, be sure to check the quantity with your installer
Face Bricks & Utility Bricks
- Our face bricks and utility bricks are sold individually
- You don't need to over order and pay for too many bricks
- Calculate the area by multiplying Length (m) x Height (m) = Area (m²) for basic rectangle areas

- Add a wastage allowance for cuts and breakages

Minimum Purchase Quantities
At WA Brickmatch we pride ourselves on being accommodating, but we do require certain minimum purchase quantities.
This includes:
- Paving Minimum purchase: 1 m² (thereafter, you are able to buy portions of m²)
- Brick Paving Minimum purchase: 5 pieces
- Face Bricks& Utility Bricks Minimum purchase:5 pieces
- Roof Tiles: 5 pieces
Holding / Reserving Products
We understand that sometimes you need to double check your quantities or test one of our samples next to what you have at home or with your client. We are able to hold products for you for up to 2 trading days. Thereafter, your product will be returned to stock and made available for the next customer.
Waitlist
Red Recycled Bricks Wire Cut / Red Pressed / Red Federation / Mixed Recycled
Due to the popularity of these products and the decreasing number of old buildings being demolished, at times we do have waiting lists for these products. To secure a place on our waiting list, phone (08) 9359 0035 or come and visit our yard to identify the type of recycled red brick you require. We ask for a 10% deposit and the balance paid prior to delivery. This will ensure that everyone will be supplied in order, nobody jumps the queue and you get the product you require.
Face Bricks, Pavers & Roof Tiles
We stock a wide range of discontinued products. If we don't currently stock the product you require and you have some leeway in your building schedule we are happy to source it for you. Ask us if we have any jobs coming up with the product you are looking for or simply leave a sample, along with your name, phone number and the quantity required and we will inform you when your product arrives. Please note that we are unable to provide an accurate timeline on arrival of these products, as most have been discontinued and the sourcing process can be quite lengthy. As such, this is an obligation-free service.
Conditions of Sale
Please note that due to the nature of our products (i.e. it is second-hand) imperfections are to be expected. These bricks, pavers and roof tiles are hard to find and our aim is to make it available to as many individuals as possible.
As such, we must ask that you respect our 'sold as is' policy. This means that we don't allow customers to to pick through our pallets for any reason. Goods are distributed row by row and layer by layer from our yard and sold as units in these batches. If you feel that your need for perfect goods is greater than anyone else. Regrettably, you will have to go elsewhere.
Please ensure that you identify your product and required quantities correctly, as we regrettably do not offer refunds on any of our products.
Payment Options & Regulations
We accept payments by EFTPOS, credit card, cash and bank transfer.
Please note: Credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge on payments over $50.00
All goods must be paid in full within 3 trading days. This will allow ample time for those customers who wish to pay by bank transfer. Payment must be received in full prior to the goods leaving our yard. Purchased stock cannot be stored, all goods must be delivered or collected within 5 working day.
Pick-up & Delivery
All orders are stacked onto WA Brickmatch pallets for pick-ups and deliveries. A pallet deposit is charged for all pallets leaving our yard– see Pallets & Pallet Returns further down the page.
Pick-up
Please phone the yard 1 hour prior to picking up goods.
Loading of vehicles and trailers is performed in WA Brickmatch designated Loading Zone. Click here for Vehicle Safety & Standards information (75KB).
At our new Maddington yard, we have a separate entry for all trucks and trailers. This is the entrance before the main entrance. It is clearly signed.
- Truck Pick-up – All trucks must have a rigid tray. No semi-trailers.
- Trailers – Will clearly show their carrying capacity. All loads over 750kg must have brakes.
- Cars/4WD – Most vehicles will clearly show their carrying capacity. The driver must present license papers clearly showing the carrying capacity of the vehicle.
- Utilities – Most vehicles will clearly show their carrying capacity. Gross carrying mass is the empty mass of the vehicle from the axle up. Remove the weight of the tray and any other contents in the tray i.e. tool box, racks, sand and / or other items.
Any motor vehicle, truck or trailer that has been modified to carry more than the recommended manufacturer's specifications, must have the changes recognized by the Department of Transport of WA. The registration papers will clearly indicate Agg and Tare weights.
Unfortunately, we must insist on viable proof of carrying capacity. Failure to present suitable proof of carrying capacity could result in disappointment when we are not able to load up to your expectations. We will always load with caution.
Note: Under no circumstances will motor vehicles, trucks or trailers be loaded outside the front gates. We are a commercial business; the local government requires all loading to be completed within our designated loading areas.
Delivery
In the metropolitan area, we offer a delivery service charged per pallet per zone.
In country/regional areas, we recommend you contact your local carrier for the best and most competitive price. We are able to offer contact details for carriers in certain regional areas.
WA Brickmatch offers two forms of delivery:
Hiab Delivery - This is the quickest form of delivery. It will be within 6 trading days from date of invoice (payment), unless prior arrangements have been made with your WA Brickmatch Sales Advisor. We are unable to specify an exact day or time of delivery. If this is a problem, please discuss it with your WA Brickmatch representative. We will be able to contact the driver directly to provide you with a close estimated date of delivery. Pallet/s will be placed on the front verge/nature strip of the delivery address. This helps reduce your waiting time as much as possible, avoids any damage to your property and makes delivery quick and streamlined. Should you need your product delivered somewhere other than your front verge/nature strip, please contact your WA Brickmatch sales advisor. You will be required to complete a Delivery Disclaimer Form (546KB) prior to the goods leaving our yard. This will be given to the driver. If the driver is unable to place the pallets safely where requested, it will be placed at the drivers' discretion.
Site Conditions
- Do you have a verge/nature strip?
- Do you have trees on your verge/nature strip? How low or high are the bottom branches?
- Do you have overhead power lines?
- Do you have enough space on your verge/nature strip for the pallets to be delivered all at once? If you require separate deliveries, you may incur extra delivery charges. Speak with your WA Brickmatch sales advisor.
Hiab Specifications
- The Hiab can reach up to 5m from the rear of the truck or the side of the road.
- A fully loaded truck (Agg) weighs 28 tons and is safe to drive on bitumen, gravel and hardstand.
- The operator will not drive on paved or concrete driveways or lawn unless a Delivery Disclaimer Form (546KB) has been completed, signed and returned to us prior to the goods leaving our yard.
- The Hiab must be on level ground before the Hiab is able to unload.
- The Hiab operator must be able to see the ground clearly from where he stands at the controls at the rear of the truck, to where the pallet/s will be placed.
- Pallet/s will not be placed over walls, fences or gates.
- Pallet/s will not be placed under a roof i.e. carport, patio.
Tractor Delivery - Deliveries will be made within 8 trading days from date of invoice (payment), unless prior arrangements have been made. Tractor deliveries take longer than Hiab deliveries, but are not subject to an extra fee.
Please note that we are unable to specify an exact day or time of delivery. We will however be able to contact the driver directly to provide you with a close estimated date of delivery. If this is a problem, please discuss this with your WA Brickmatch sales advisor.
If you require special placement of pallets, you will be required to complete a Delivery Disclaimer Form (546KB) prior to the goods leaving our yard. This will be given to the driver. If the driver is unable to place the pallets safely where requested, it will be placed at the drivers' discretion

- Pallet/s will not be placed over walls, fences or gates.
- Pallet/s can be placed under a roof (i.e. carport, patio) in some cases. Please advise your WA Brickmatch Sales Advisor of the exact height/clearance of the roof or doorway.
- It is not recommended to stack the pallets on site unless you have a safe method to get the top pallet down. A Bobcat cannot lift 2 tonnes (the weight of a fully loaded pallet).
Tractor Specifications
- A fully loaded Agg truck weighs 28 tonnes and is safe to drive on bitumen, gravel and hardstand.
- The truck driver will not drive on paved/concrete driveway or lawn unless our disclaimer form has been completed, signed and returned to us prior to the goods leaving our yard. See Delivery Disclaimer Form.
- The truck must be on level ground before the tractor is able to unload.
- The tractor operator must be able to see the ground clearly from where he sits at the controls on the tractor, to where the pallet/s will be placed.
- Pallet/s will not be placed over walls, fences or gates.
- Pallet/s can be placed under a roof (i.e. carport, patio) in some cases. The height/clearance of the roof or door must be determined before confirmation can be given.
Pick-up & Delivery Times
Pick-up During trading hours.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Saturday: 8am to 12:00pm
Please phone the yard 1 hour prior to picking up pre-ordered goods. All goods must be collected prior to 15 minutes to closing time.
NOTE: No truck pickups on Saturdays due to traffic congestion in the yard and related safety concerns.
Pallets & Pallet Returns
- All orders are stacked onto WA Brickmatch pallets for pick-ups and deliveries
- A pallet deposit is charged for all pallets leaving our yard.
Metropolitan Customers
- WA Brickmatch is able to offer a full refund on pallets returned within 3 months of purchase
- Pallets must be returned to our yard in reasonable condition and display the 'WA Brickmatch' logo
- Invoice (proof of purchase) must be presented for all pallet refunds
- Pallets returned between 3 and 6 months after purchase will receive 50% of the original pallet value as refund. Thereafter, no refunds will be paid
Country Customers
Customers outside the metropolitan area are offered an exclusive non-refundable pallet price.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
NO REFUNDS. Please select your product and quantities carefully. All our goods are recycled/second-hand and, as such, we regrettably do not offer any refunds.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to view and select the product prior to the goods leaving the yard.
If an order is cancelled in part or in full prior to leaving the yard a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the total retail value of the returned goods OR $50.00 (whichever is the greater amount). If the stock needs to be restacked, further charges will be levied.
Waitlist sales order deposits are fully refundable upon cancellation of order.
Pallet deposits are fully refundable when you return the pallets to WA Brickmatch within 3 months of purchase.
Deposits paid by cash, EFTPOS/debit card/credit card/direct deposit will be refunded ONLY by EFTPOS/debit card/credit card up to the value of $300.00 or direct deposit over $300.00. This will be paid within 14 days of cancellation. All cards must be present for refunds as we are not able to do refunds over the phone.
If there are any discrepancies or problems with your purchased goods, you must report the matter to your WA Brickmatch sales advisor immediately (no later than 5 days of receipt of goods).
